Craft Whiskey of the Year - 2016 Bourbon, 2017 Rye. Coming out of Washington State and recently acquired by Moet Hennessy.
The nose has a thoughtful & textured toasted caramel note. Complemented by slowly seasoned wood, the palate ping pongs between sweet and wood, sweet and wood and finally lands on a dry, everlasting finish. A fabulous combination of youthful, sweet flavors and mature, rustic charm.
