Collaboration w/ Jordan Winery and Firestone Walker Brewery. 1/2 the whiskey is sent in wine barrels to Paso Robles, 1/2 in Virgin Oak. Then, they put 1/2 into Firestone Walker barrels that previously had beer. Butterscotch is certainly the star of the show here accompanied by a slow buildup of spice, not hot, not acrid. Well done.
