Tasting Notes - yellow/gold color, honey-caramel nose, slight slight slight smoke on the nose. Smells salty, maybe sherry barrels? Sweet entry, then sweet grain, earth-y, orange, it's good. Plenty of fruit, soft on the spice, cereal forward, dry finish. Bourbon notes on the nose, a little incense.
