Intent on making great beer, brewers’ days here start early and end late in what is a long day of combining water, malt, hops, and yeast. While it’s easy to get lost in the work, the process and the brewery itself. the world just outside our doors is gorgeous, at times seemingly more breathtaking than any other place on earth. This saison is made in celebration of the insanely mesmerizing pink, orange, and azure Capitola sunsets that end our day.
