This rare ensemble is crafted by the mother-and-son team Alejandrina and Nicolas Hernandez.
By co-distilling four distinct agave varieties, Jabali, Mexicano, Espadin, and Cuishe, the Hernandez family captures the entire biodiversity of the Chichicapam landscape in a single 750ml bottle.
Tasting Notes
- Aroma: A delicate and inviting bouquet. Wild green herbs and cedar, light, frothy tropicality, starfruit and green mango, honeyed sweetness of Espadin.
- Palate: Soft and incredibly approachable with a silky mouthfeel. Savory and sweet together: roasted sweet potato, wet river stones, and a touch of the Mexicano’s signature earthy, dark-chocolate depth.
- Finish: Clean, crisp, and mineral-driven. smooth, leaving a gentle trace of white pepper, lime pith, and a cooling, botanical freshness that invites another sip.
