This year’s release sees the brand increase in proof once again to 108. This higher proof helps to accentuate the spicy notes of this year's edition. Compared to last year, the 6 Year is much more spice forward, and really highlights its 95% rye mashbill. The spicy notes are nicely balanced by the bold fruitiness of the rye, and form a really fun contrast throughout the sip.
