Brewed with St. Helena reservoir water, 50% CA grown 2 row barley malt, 38% malted wheat and 12% malted oats, this beer was mashed with redwood branches, then boiled with rosemary and floral/melon mints. After 3 months in barrel we dry herbed it with two types of Fresh They, then two geraniums and more floral mint. It's slightly tart yet far from a sour. We like to call it our 'Gin and Tonic' of Beers!
