'Our Barley' is the ongoing core single malt expression, which sits alongside the seasonal, limited editions. The Master Blender has carefully honed the recipe, and with a combination of Bourbon, Sherry and STR (Shaved, Toasted, Recharred) casks, there is a whole new level of depth and complexity to the final whiskey.
Perfectly harmonious nose of pear syrup, fruit bonbons, warm cut grass & marmalade. A palate balanced by golden syrup, pepper, rye bread and macadamia nuts leads seamlessly into a long finish with orange beeswax. Heck yeah!
