Refinment in a bottle, Traditionally aged for at least six months in very old George Dickel Tennessee whiskey barrels, now oftenblended with som enew barrels for enhanced character. An expression of the landscape, with flavors influenced by the floral, herbal, and citrus plantings grown at Rancho El Pandillo.

Cooked Agave, Oak, Vanilla and semi-sweet chocolate with notes of caramel, butter, cinnamon, and citrus. But, each Lot is unique. 

Cheyne's thoughts: Extremely light in color. Aromas of spicy minerals hinting at the lack of barrel influence. Spicy again on the entry palate, giving way to subtle, buttery chocolate. Finishes with spicy minerals. Definitely an agave forward, additive free gem. Grab it at SRP before people start charging you more.
