The nose is telling me new oak. Soft entry, caramel, this is a bourbon, good bourbon, some herbal fruit flavors, sweet flavors. Peach! Yeah that's it. Good stuff. Touch of chocolate mint in the finish. Two thumbs up. Reveal: Furthur Bourbon 101 proof.
