A single barrel store pick from Deer Park Wine & Spirits! Beautiful highland agaves grown in sustainably managed fields. Cover crops, corn and cattle all take their turn in the nearly decade process to extract the finest juice from the penas. A gentle crushing ensures only the sweetest juices are extracted. The tequila is 'agave' forward, only slightly influenced by the barrels it ages in. Savory mineral and spice are all floated on a gentle palate. This distillery is the 'Maker's Mark' of the highlands.
