Eagle Rare 10yr 'Deer Park 2025' Bourbon 750mL

A single barrel bottling of the classic Eagle Rare 10yr Bourbon. This isn't a traditional 'store pick'. Instead it's a Distiller's Select - handpicked by Buffalo Trace. Compared to the standard bottling, this barrel shows more personality:

Nose: Butterscotch-forward, rounder and sweeter than usual.

Palate: Opens with a rich, vanilla-frosting sweetness before shifting into layered, textured rye spice that gives the midpalate more depth.

Finish: The signature dry oak is still there, but this one leans into sweeter oak with extra spice carrying through - longer, more lingering, and frankly more rewarding than the standard release.

It's still unmistakably Eagle Rare, but this barrel gives the classic profile more dimension and a stronger backbone. A real improvement, and one worth savoring.
