This Dexter Three Wood – Straight Bourbon Finished with 200 Year Oak, Maple and Cherry Wood, is one of the 12 best Bourbons in the World.  It took the combined brain power & wisdom of three of our Master Whiskey Makers – Doug, Joe and Phillip. Importantly, it also took rethinking and revising everything we knew about WoodCraft Finishing. The hard work was rewarded when the Ultimate Spirit Challenge awarded Dexter a 95 rating and selected it as one of the best spirits in the world! Specifically, it was named as one of the Top 100 Spirits (one of just 12 Bourbons on the list).

TASTING NOTES:  Warm chestnuts, toffee, and milk chocolate covered strawberries rise from the glass.  Wonderfully round and spicy on the palate, this is a rather energetic Bourbon bursting with stone fruit and berries that give way to black pepper and brown sugar on the finish.
