The Scully family, the founders of Clonakilty Distillery, have farmed the windswept coastal land of Clonakilty for nine successive generations, and with its prime land, pristine water, and salt sea air, they have the perfect ingredients for a maritime distillery.

Clonakilty Double Oak Cask is the flagship of Clonakilty’s cask series. This is a mature premium blend of single grain and Clonakilty Distillery’s Single Pot Still whiskey, which was named World’s Best Irish New Make Single Pot Still at the World Whiskies Awards in 2020.

Clonakilty Double Oak is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks, virgin American oak and shaved and re-toasted European oak casks.
