Light vanilla-wood nose with wood spice as well. On the palate it's light and sweet caramel. There's good spice that finishes it out giving solid backbone. This is delicious. Very toasty all around, not charred. Reminds me of a caramel turtle dessert or 'Cookie-Don't-You-Want-Some' from Cold Stone Creamery.
