New Single Barrel Bourbon selection by 'Family Affair.' Cask strength at 117.98 proof and aged for 7 years in Kentucky. This is a wonderful deviation from 'sweet finish' bourbons. Instead, the rye takes center stage in a satisfying, baked profile. It reminds me of a balance between Willett Rye and High West Rendezvous Rye. Definitely a standout bourbon that will be a surprise in a flight.
