Alice Anderson farms Ibarra Young vineyard biodynamically in Los Olivos, CA. The syrah block of Ibarra Young is incredibly fertile anf gives rise to tight and intense clusters. The fruit for this wine is picked in three successive harvests to create texture and depth. On the palate this wine is relatively juicy (for Amevive) and structured with lots of purple notes and currants. While the wine is flamboyant in it’s youth, the wine will also cellar incredibly well.
